ASBMAPT serves as a premier platform uniting eminent biologists, pharmacists, university faculty, students, medical doctors, and industry professionals. Our society acts as a vital link between biomedical research-Development of Bio-therapeutics and Pharmaceutical Technology-Drug Discovery, Novel Drug Delivery Systems [NDDS], Drug targeting and Safety facilitating the development of the next generation of scientists.

Scope of the Association

Our focus areas include, but are not limited to:

Biomedical Sciences, Clinical Sciences, Medicinal Chemistry and Life Sciences: Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Cell and Molecular Biology, Genetic Engineering, Recombinant Technology, Bio-therapeutics and Applied Biology.

Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology: Drug Discovery and Development, NDDS, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacovigilance, AR&D, and Chemical Sciences.

Aims and Objectives

The primary mission of ASBMAPT is the promotion of science and technology within biomedical and pharmaceutical sciences. Our core objectives include:

• Knowledge Exchange: Organizing meetings, conferences, and workshops, and publishing scientific proceedings, journals, and memoirs.
• Research Promotion: Advancing scientific research addressing problems of national interest and performing technological work of public importance.
• Collaboration: Partnering with national and international organizations to represent the association on global bodies.
• Resource Management: Securing and managing funds and endowments to support the society’s scientific goals.
• National Impact: Establishing regional chapters across the country to expand our scientific community.
• Holistic Development: Promoting a spirit of fellowship, maintaining a library of specialized literature, and encouraging educational and cultural activities.
• Information Dissemination: Collecting and compiling data related to biomedical and pharmaceutical technologies.
